Create Your Own Custom Perfume Oil

Gather your people for a 90-minute hands-on perfume oil experience designed for you to explore fragrance, discover the notes you love, and create something uniquely yours.

Begin at the scent wall, where you’ll explore a variety of fragrance profiles and individual notes. With guidance from our team, you’ll select your favorites, blend, test, and fine-tune your creation until it feels just right.

Once your blend is complete, you’ll name it, bottle it, and take home your own custom perfume oil.

A $275 deposit is required to reserve your date. This represents 50% of the 10-guest minimum booking.

Reservation & Payment Policy

A 50% deposit based on the 10-guest minimum is required to secure your reservation.

Your final guest count and remaining balance are due 7 days before your scheduled experience.

Guest-count reductions made before the 7-day deadline will be reflected in your final balance.

Once your final guest count has been confirmed and your remaining balance has been paid, no refunds or credits will be issued for guests who do not attend.

Additional guests may be added after the final headcount deadline only if space is available and payment is received before the event.

Special group pricing and complimentary Host/Guest of Honor offers are based on the final number of guests booked and paid for. If your final headcount falls below the number required for a special rate or complimentary Host/Guest of Honor, your booking total will be recalculated using the applicable pricing tier.

Maximum group size: 30 guests.

Reservation, Payment & Guest Count Policy 

We understand that plans can change. Refunds and rebooking options are based on the amount of notice received before your scheduled experience.

All cancellation and rebooking requests must be received within the applicable time frame and are calculated from the scheduled start time of your experience.

Rebooked dates are subject to availability.

This cancellation policy applies to the entire reservation. Guest-count changes are governed by the Reservation & Payment Policy above.

Fragrance Safety, Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By participating in The Fragrance Loft by Zy TwentyScents perfume oil-making experience, I understand that I will be selecting, blending, handling, and potentially applying fragrance ingredients to create my own custom perfume oil.

I understand that fragrance ingredients may cause skin irritation, sensitivity, allergic reactions, or other adverse effects in some individuals. I agree to follow all safety instructions, recommended fragrance limits, and applicable IFRA usage guidelines provided during the experience.

I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to:

• Follow all blending instructions and fragrance limits provided by The Fragrance Loft team.
• Use only the recommended amount of each fragrance ingredient.
• Inform the team before participating of any known fragrance sensitivities or allergies.
• Perform a skin patch test before regular use of my finished perfume oil.
• Discontinue use immediately if I experience redness, itching, burning, irritation, swelling, or any other adverse reaction.
• Use my finished perfume oil responsibly and in accordance with the safety instructions provided.

Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

My participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I knowingly accept responsibility for the fragrance ingredients I select, the custom blend I create, and my use of the finished perfume oil.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Small World Creations, LLC, doing business as Zy TwentySix, Zy TwentyScents, and The Fragrance Loft by Zy TwentyScents, is not responsible for skin irritation, allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, overuse, or other adverse effects resulting from my fragrance selections, my use of the finished perfume oil, or my failure to follow the safety instructions, recommended fragrance limits, and applicable IFRA guidelines provided during the experience.

Release and Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in the perfume oil-making experience and release and hold harmless Small World Creations, LLC, doing business as Zy TwentySix, Zy TwentyScents, and The Fragrance Loft by Zy TwentyScents, along with its owners, employees, representatives, and agents, from claims arising from skin irritation, allergic reactions, fragrance sensitivities, or other adverse reactions associated with my voluntary participation or my subsequent use or misuse of the perfume oil I create, except to the extent liability cannot legally be waived.
